1. LETS GET ACQUAINTED

The first step is a 30 minute Discovery Call where we learn about your travel style, preferences, and priorities. We’ll discuss your vision for the journey ahead, explain our process, and answer any questions you may have. If we both feel we’re a great fit, we’ll proceed with a Planning Fee to begin crafting your custom journey.

2. RESEARCH, CURATION, & ITINERARY DESIGN

From here, taking all of the information you’ve provided, we’ll get to work developing an inspired itinerary that matches your vision for this journey. We’ll do extensive research, collaborate with local partners, and apply our expertise about places, properties, experiences, and logistics to curate our suggestions and provide you with ideas that we think you’ll love!

3. CONFIRMATION & FINESSE

After you review your itinerary, we further refine it based on your feedback and then secure all confirmed components, including hotels, guides, transfers, and experiences. We’ll also discuss any additional support you’d like, such as enhanced concierge arrangements.

4. TRIP PREP & RECONFIRMATION

10–14 days before departure, you’ll receive your final travel documents and mobile itinerary, including confirmed reservations, key contacts, destination guidance, and flight tracking. At this time, we can schedule a call to review everything together so you feel prepared and excited.

5. BON VOYAGE & POST-TRAVEL

As your journey begins, our trusted local partners support your travel needs on the ground, helping ensure seamless transitions between experiences. We also coordinate with hotels and partners to secure VIP recognition and elevated amenities where available. After your return, we look forward to hearing your stories.
