MEET SOPHIA - FOUNDER + TRAVEL DESIGNER

I’m Sophia, Founder & Travel Designer at Sojourn Luxury Travel. Growing up on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, my love for exploration was sparked at a young age. My first trip around the world took me from Australia and Egypt to Kenya, where I celebrated my 12th birthday atop Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater. That journey ignited a lifelong passion for travel—one that has since led me to 85+ countries, from volunteering in Ghana and Colombia to stays in the world’s most exquisite lodges in Botswana, Indonesia, and South America.

For nearly a decade, I have been designing luxury journeys and founded Sojourn in 2023. I’ve meticulously crafted unforgettable trips for my clients—whether a luxury surf adventure through Asia, an ultra-luxe safari in Southern Africa, a restorative spa retreat, or a milestone family celebration in a private Caribbean villa. My background in anthropology and hospitality allows me to craft itineraries that go beyond traditional luxury travel, creating meaningful, seamless experiences tailored to each traveler’s unique style.

My approach blends deep destination knowledge, trusted global partnerships, and thoughtfully curated recommendations to create journeys that feel effortless yet deeply personal.
