SIMPLE AS THAT.
I. CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON VIRTUOSO.COM
Access our custom Virtuoso booking site HERE. Sign in or create an account (quick & easy). A pop-up will appear and you’ll type in/select “SOPHIA GRIMM” as your advisor.
See rates but aren’t able to book online? Check that you’ve selected Sophia as your advisor.
II. BOOK ONLINE
Follow the simple instructions in the booking tool. You’ll provide your dates, view rates & availability, select the room you want, provide contact & payment details, and complete your booking.
III. CONFIRMATION & VIP
As soon as booking is complete, we’ll be notified and will follow up with you and the hotel as a part of our usual VIP hotel booking process. Your check-in experience will be seamless and you can expect to receive all the usual perks for booking with Virtuoso & Sojourn.

Not all promotional rates are combinable with Virtuoso amenities. Be sure to check with us if you have any questions about which rates include amenities. We are always here to help and explain why the lowest rate doesn’t always equal the greatest value.

You cannot make changes or cancellations via the booking tool. Please contact us and we would be happy to help.

We have special VIP access to many more hotels not listed here – If you don’t see the hotel you’re looking for listed, reach out! Chances are, we can get you a sweeter stay than what you could get for yourself.

If your booking requires multiple rooms or hotels, involves a complicated itinerary, or comes with special requests - you’re better off reaching out to us and allowing us to manage its complexity.

However, just like a normal hotel booking, we reserve the right to charge service fees for cancellation or change requests and group bookings. After you book, either directly with us or online, our post-booking process is the same - we work hard to attend to your bookings with care and VIP you, and this work is just as hard to undo.
